Simple Comfort is located in historic Waynesboro, Virginia. We are in a quiet neighborhood, away from the busy highways and all their noise. Its an older neighborhood, but we find it simple and comfortable – our hope is that you will too. Once here you are 10 minutes from Shenandoah National Park, 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and 10 minutes from the Appalachian Trail. We are also 30 minutes from the University of Virginia campus. It’s just over the mountain on Interstate 64.

Walking distance to downtown Luray, near by the Shenandoah National Park and the Shenandoah River. Shared outdoor space, front porch and covered side patio, with outdoor bar and refrigerator, tables and chairs and a gas grille. Back yard water feature, water garden. Ample parking on site.

Caprica (Private Ground Level Home)

Private Whole Lower Level. Caprica is the essential stay for an unforgettable Shenandoah Valley experience! Situated with perfect views of the outside, the guest quarters space is over 2200 sq ft. and features a lounge/media center, common meeting area, bedrooms & bathrooms, entertainment center with air hockey table and ping pong, and a fully supplied gym. Serenity Lakeview Cottage

Renovated lakefront apartment, downstairs from the main home. It is located on beautiful Greene Mountain Lake with year-round lake and mountain views. Wildlife on the lake includes geese, herons, ducks, osprey, eagles, turtles, and beavers. The setting is serene and peaceful. You will have a private entrance and a covered porch. Kayaks are available for your use on the lake. Unit approved with a Special Use Permit for Tourist Lodging by Greene County.

Come enjoy a classy suite, with walk in shower, soaker tub and a country view. The space has a king bed and private entrance, but is attached to a family home. The blue couch converts to a futon in case you need space for 3 people. Plan to enjoy local restaurants, as this space does not have a kitchen. There is a small fridge, toaster oven, & coffee maker. We will provide, coffee, cereal and milk for you to prepare on your own.
