Located close to a walking trail, grocery store and local distillery. Pet friendly. Relax outside and enjoy the beautiful sunrise over Pubnico Harbour.

This quiet rural setting on the Lighthouse Route offers an expansive waterfront just steps from the deck with panoramic views from everywhere on the property. Just 10 minutes from the town of Shelburne ( historic loyalist settlement)/and close to many white sand beaches.The cottage is fronted by Pierce’s Beach, a usable rock sand beach, boasting at times some spectacular waves. Kick back and relax in this spacious lakeside heat pump, infloor heated cottage, new August 2023. The separate bedroom with queen bed, has a beautiful barn slide door. The main living area has a queen sofa couch. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets or a campfire by the lake . For your added pleasure is a six man, hot tub, nestled in the woods under a beautiful gazebo - shared with one (2 person) cottage. Free use of kayaks, paddle boards, mountain bikes, swim in the lake, or enjoy leisure walks.

Private Lakeside Cottage in Yarmouth

Small private lakefront cottage. Secluded property next to the beautiful Ellenwood Provincial Park, full of hiking/walking trails. Rustic, and undergoing minor renovations, but a very cozy, clean place to stay. The Lake is clean and great for swimming! Full kitchen with most everything, an outdoor fire pit for nice nights, and a piano for rainy days. Heat pump, BBQ, fibre op, & Roku TV + Netflix! Wood stove is functional for extra heat and ambiance, wood not included however.

NO CLEANING FEE!!! Located in West Pubnico, 840 square feet of open space decorated in mid century modern style and all white shiplap. There is a 3 piece bathroom with a shower. The rental is above our garage and set back from our house. You will have a beautiful view of the ocean and a path to walk down to the shore. We are close to a grocery store, liquor store, hardware store, banks, church, and a 30 minute drive to Yarmouth or a 2.5 hour drive to Halifax. Sunsets are free.
