“Shelly” is our Tiny House in Central Catskills Cute and cozy and just 10 minutes to Phoenicia and Pine Hill and all the great hiking and skiing of the Central Catskills. Part of a 1940s bungalow colony lovingly restored., “Shelly” is one of three cabins which stands next to each other, offering each guest privacy without isolation. It is the perfect get-a-way for people looking to be outside by nature while having a beautiful living and working space. Located steps away from the Esopus Creek, peaceful sounds of rushing water can be heard in and out of the cabin. The cabin has a deck that overlooks the river, outdoor fire-pit w/ Adirondack chairs, a grill, picnic table & an indoor gas fireplace.

5 minutes from Phoenicia. A comfy Yurt for 2 amid wild elderberry, peach, pear and apple trees, a goldfish pond and forested hills. A secret meadow for sun worshiping, meditation and watching dark milky way skies. Cold, UV purified spring water. Skiers welcome: Cozy heat in the Yurt down to zero! The gas fired hot shower is glass enclosed. Fast WiFi. Odor-free composting toilet. Mini-kitchen, fire circle and gas grill. Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.
