Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer. Fishing, boating,hiking or riding side-by-sides in the forest, you can do it all. The house is a mobile home situated in a small private community with its own dock and a boat ramp right around the corner. Beautiful sunsets and lots of fish, turtles and birds to watch right off the dock or from the screened in porch.

The Ollie Vee is located on a quiet cul-de-sac of 4 homes. Trees dripping with Spanish moss, wandering wild turkeys, a pair of nearby eagles, and a view of Crescent Lake complete the mood. The "meow" call of the local peacocks is heard throughout the neighborhood.... with a few sometimes roosting in the trees in the yard.
