Beautifully modern farmhouse located in Champion, PA, only minutes from 7 Springs Renovated and professionally decorated from top to bottom, this home features 3 bedrooms (master has a king, second has a queen, and third detached bedroom being separate guest suite with queen bed and queen pull out), kitchen with granite and stainless, fireplace, a/c, huge deck. The home is set on 2 very private acres with woods on all sides and a stream running through the back yard. A short drive to the resort.

Camp Hope Lake House with hot tub

Welcome to Camp Hope Lake House! What a view! Watch skiers come down Imperial slope right into the lodge or guests fishing in the lakes right off of the large wrap around deck! This property is so close to everything you won’t want to leave! It’s centrally-located by the lodge, lakes and minutes away from the pools, tennis and Pickleball courts and golf course. It’s totally renovated and featuring a private hot tub to relax after a wonderful day on the mountain for a small one time fee of $75.

Thelma’s Place

Thelma’s Place is a completely renovated 2 story house, nestled in the beautiful Laurel Highlands, yet conveniently located right along Route 982. It’s just minutes from Arnold Palmer Airport and the city of Latrobe, as well as Westmoreland Fairgrounds. Pittsburgh is within an hour’s drive. Ohiopyle, Fallingwater, and Seven Springs (20 miles away), are other nearby attractions. We welcome long term stays, including guests looking to work remotely. It truly has a “home away from home” feel.

Relaxing Home Near Ohiopyle State Park

This dreamy mountain inn is the perfect place to get away and relax in the mountains. It has 3 King beds a sleeper sofa and 2 baths. The home has a large yard and patio with a hot tub. BBQ grill and fire ring outside. Only a short drive to Ohiopyle and Fallingwater…less then 5 minutes! (10 mins to Nemacolin and 25 to Seven Springs) Enjoy the amenities of Ohiopyle without the crowds. Grill rental is available for $25 available May through October. Pet Fee $100 and $50 for each additional pet

This Historic Farmhouse is perfectly located for all of your Laurel Highlands adventures. After your day of adventures, enjoy grilling out on the wrap-around porch or sitting around the fire. Or unwind in the Cedar Sauna out back.

Listen to the frogs sing in the springtime, pick raspberries and blackberries in July, peaches in August, and pears in September, watch birds from the porch swing, relax in the hammock, swap stories around the fire, and gaze up at a starry sky. Our farmhouse is on a quiet, beautiful corner of the Earth and we love being able to share it. It is private and bucolic, but a very short drive to amenities, adventure, and lots of gorgeous outdoor enjoyment.

The kitchen in the home is fully equipped and you'll find a washer and dryer available in the lower level. Enjoy coffee on the new deck added Summer ‘22.
