The Prominence community features 2 Resort style pools, outdoor space, outdoor grills, and easy access to the beach.

My home-away-from-home is easily bike-able to Seaside and other local attractions. The Seaside Pavilion is exactly 1.3 miles (7 min by bike) to the West, and The Hub on 30A is 3.4 miles (15 min by bike) to the East. This lovely studio features a fully equipped kitchen and a fold down couch that converts into a twin bed.
