Our carriage house is across the street from the beach and on a private dead-end road in Seagrove. Public beach access is a 5-minute walk. We live in the main house and renovated our carriage house for guests to enjoy our secluded yet convenient location. Your balcony enjoys views of the Pt. Washington State Forest. You have a private entrance, full kitchen, separate bedroom with a king bed, modern bathroom, and 2 cruiser bikes. This is the perfect couple's escape with luxurious accommodations.

Historic Smith House, authentic cottage

Originally built in 1925, our renovation provides all the modern conveniences while maintaining its true southern “old Grayton” charm. Guests love the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, wood floors, large screened porch, and the vintage Florida decor. We have a 7-night minimum during Spring Break/Summer, with a Saturday check-in, and 3-night min during most of the year. The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons, including infants and toddlers.

Hour Sunset is located just a short walk across 30A to the beautiful sands and emerald beach waters of the Florida Gulf Coast! From the balcony you'll overlook a manicured greenspace, newly resurfaced pool, and even get a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico. Freshly renovated to create a comfy feel for guests and ourselves to relax. We hope you make some time during your stay to enjoy the beauty of the sunsets - that's why we chose the name!

Oceanfront Paradise - Beach at your backdoor!!

Seamist is a private, 12 unit only condo building with spectacular, oceanfront views both from inside the unit and from the first floor balcony. The stairs down to the pristine white sands and crystal clear waters of the Emerald Coast are just a few feet from the back patio. Seamist is nestled immediately between Seaside Beach & Watercolor Resort and Alys & Rosemary Beach.

30A Short Stroll to the Beach. Bikes included.

We think you’ll love this cozy space as much as we do. Walk South on our street and you will cross 30A, then run directly into the San Juan Beach Access. Walk North and there’s other adventures, trails and beautiful Point Washington State Forest. If you’re looking for more action, you can bike to Seaside in 15 minutes or less!

A modern beach cottage settled in a quaint neighborhood of 30A. Less than 1/2 mile from the white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. We boast one of the best beach accesses on 30A. Gulfview Heights Beach access is also close to coastal dune lake Draper Lake just a short walk down the beach. $75 pet fee ( per pet, max 2)
