You'll be incredibly close to all the action and enjoyment of the beach, 30A and Seaside, yet privacy is yours the moment you need it. It’s the best of both worlds. You have access to our private pool with an option to be heated during the cooler months. We do ask a fee of $30 per day to offset our additional costs.

The main house features 3 beds/3 baths while the guest house features a bunk room with a full bath. This is truly a nature lovers’ paradise to relax in while enjoying all that 30A has to offer.
