Closer than most non-oceanfront units, beach access leads directly to the sand, fishing pier, coffee shops, and restaurants. Located on the quiet third floor (six short flights of stairs), you’ll appreciate added privacy and no overhead noise. Perfect for couples, small families, nurses, fisherman or extended stays.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.
