Welcome to my little 8 acre oasis! Being the first farm I’ve ever lived on, I understand the peace and tranquility it can offer those who have never experienced it. Enjoy meeting my horses and mini donkeys, take a walk through my woods, or have a fire! Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. We would like to invite you and your family to consider this wonderful, family-friendly home. It features 4BR & 1 king sofa bed , two full bathrooms, a Jacuzzi, and a remodeled kitchen. The home is conveniently located, just 15 minutes from the airport, Mall of America, and Minnesota Zoo. Additionally, it is only 10 minutes from Buck Hill ski resort and 15 minutes from Mystic Lake Casino. Numerous parks, trails, and golf courses are also nearby, offering plenty of opportunities for family fun.

Mid Century Modern. Full remodel. This is a basement level mother in law apartment. It has a cheery bedroom with a king size bed, dressing table, dresser, closet. The Rumpus room has an electric fireplace, Roku TV, comfy chairs, sleeper sofa and a wall hung desk. There's board games, books, & puzzles. Bar top dining. The kitchen is well equipped. The bath/ laundry area has a good size shower, higher toilet, blow dryer, towels, etc. There is a full size washer and dryer, ironing board, iron.

Rustic Retreat on Prior Lake

Large gently slopped yard perfect for games. 120-foot Beach, firepite, bluestone patio. The beach is NOT for swimming from shore but directly outside the channel is the best part of Prior Lake. Lower Prior Lake has Candy Cove, Cow Bay, and is the larger body of water with depths past 50 feet. Boudin Bay is great for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and is located on the northern most portion of Lower Prior Lake so just outside the channel is great for tubing or swimming.

THIS IS NOT the whole home, but is the entire lower level, which feels like one of the units in a duplex. Cabinesque, roomy, close to almost anything you would need, cozy- these are a few words to describe it. You have your own private locked entrance from the garage, where you can park. The door between the levels is locked. This space boasts a gorgeous, new bathroom, new kitchen, huge flat screen tv, 2 large bedrooms, with the dining room and living room connected.

Great hotel alternative for out of town guests & or traveling/work. Full kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, wifi, smart tv, firepit, patio. Nearby trails, Golf, Horse & Hunt Club, Prior Lake, Fish Lake, quick to 169 &35- Pet friendly(1 dog ok).

The whole beautiful first level of home across from lake. Great fishing with pier, park and boat launch just steps away. You can walk to the public beach or short drive. There is an outdoor patio eating area. Also if available there is a lower level with 2 br, bath and kitchen. Both units have separate entrance. There is a locked connecting door if you have a larger group that needs the full house.
