Un nido d'amore confortevole e accogliente, adatto a chi vuole vivere esperienze sensoriali (specialmente gastronomiche!) in questa parte di Sardegna meno conosciuta, che alterna mare, pianura, collina e montagna e una tradizione viva, autentica

Casa "Le fresie" - Torre del pozzo

Spaziosa casa su due livelli immersa nel verde e a un passo dal mare. La casa si compone di zona giorno al piano superiore, con terrazza vista mare, e zona notte con due camere e due bagni al piano inferiore. Al giardino si accede dai due piani e dona alla casa pace e riservatezza. Si arriva al mare a piedi in 5 minuti. Le spiagge di S’Archittu e Santa Caterina si trovano a 5 minuti di macchina, quelle della penisola del Sinis a 30 minuti e la zona costiera di Bosa si raggiunge in 40 minuti.

Our apartment is located at less than 200 metres from the sea. It is a ground floor apartment which comprises a good size living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen, one double bedroom with double bed, a smaller bedroom with a bank bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment benefits from a veranda, accessible from the main living area, which offers a beautiful view of the sea and the coast. The outdoor area is equipped with dining table and chairs and benefits from a barbecue.

L’alloggio è situato all’interno di una proprietà privata con un'incantevole vista mare fino alla vicina Bosa. A disposizione degli ospiti un piccolo terrazzino da cui si possono ammirare incantevoli tramonti o semplicemente vivere intensi momenti di relax e meditazione. Elegant home with amazing views

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .

Après une belle journée à explorer plages ou criques de la côte, imaginez, depuis la terrasse sur le toit, les derniers rayons du soleil éclairant le village à vos pieds et plongeant dans la mer au loin, les oiseaux volant autour de vous … un beau moment de partage entre amis ou famille dans le soleil couchant ! par ailleurs la maison sera une bonne base pour explorer différentes zones de la Sardaigne.

The house is a 375 years old building that has been just recently completely restored. It is located in the historical center of Bosa, 200m from Piazza Carmine, where you can park your car. It is about 70 square meters on 4 levels (no elevator), and can accommodate for 4 people. 2 bikes are available for use free of charge!
