This townhouse is the nicest one around. It is incredibly close to everything you want to do; Minutes to SPAC, Downtown Saratoga, Ballston Spa, the Casino, LG, and the Horse Race Track. This home has a new kitchen, central air, and is fully furnished. There are two master bedrooms with their own bathroom and there is an additional bathroom downstairs. A complete kitchen allows guests to make a full meal & the dining table with 4-seats allows guests to sit down to enjoy it. The chaise sofa converts into a full bed for a 2nd sleeping area. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. Renter and homeowner share the entrance from the driveway, then each has a separate locked entrance to respective dwellings. Renters enter the apartment through a locked door at the top of the stairs. Window AC units in main living area and the bedroom.

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. Shared outdoor 7-person hot tub.
