Retreat to a safe and private country road south of the Adirondack park and 15 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs. Walk out basement apartment, located on 8 acres of property, with private entrance and garage parking. Queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen, complete with all amenities. WiFi with smart TV and electric fireplace. We are a family of four, along with our dog Molly, living above the apartment. Although we do our best to be quiet, you will hear us from time to time.

Waterfront home on saratoga lake less then 10 minutes to track door .Amazing views with dock and hot tub is year round. Private back yard patio with large driveway in the back for parking and a grill and fire pit. Plenty of room to enjoy outside activities. Bathroom is beautiful and also a washer and dryer. There is a front deck with views of the lake. Kitchen has a gas range. Fully equiped kitchen. High ceilings. Bring your kayak, paddle board or jet ski. There is also rental nearby.

The Lodge at June Farms

Enjoy a 3rd night for FREE when you book 2 nights! The Lodge at June Farms is a stunning, rustic, open-floor-plan retreat. The screened-in front porch looks down onto our beautiful horse pasture. This main cabin is our most romantic cabin on the property. Our gigantic rain shower in the bathroom has an 8'x5' wall mirror and a French door that opens out to the forest. The Garden Cottage

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. There are working livestock guardian dogs who watch over the herd who will greet you from behind the fence.
