The North Wing has great views of the Sandusky River and wildlife in the area. You can drop your boat in at Memory Marina next door and tie up at our dock. The first floor has a full kitchen and family room with 55" smart tv that leads out to your own patio area. Cook out on the gas grill or enjoy the fire ring. The second floor bunk room sleeps 6, has a family room with a 42" smart tv, games, and full size ping pong table. Down the hall the king room sleeps 2 plus a futon. Come, relax, enjoy

Stay at the 3000 sq ft modern barn bed & breakfast with formal gardens and a swimming pond. You'll have total, private access to the barn. Cook in the equipped kitchen or out on the bbq. Remodeled bathroom in January 2025. Stocked kitchen. Washer/Dryer. Internet access. Located near the North Coast Inland Trail, parks, restaurants and bars. A 20 minute drive to the Lake Erie Islands and Downtown Toledo.
