The property is composed of (3) one-single units and (2) two-bedroom flats, with some of the units sharing a common roof top. The house and units are tastefully decorated with a modern accent, while keeping to its local design quality. The house can be rented entirely as a single property for a special event or each flat can be rented separately. The design respected some of the ancient walls of the original historic dwelling, exquisitely combining modern and old design aspects. Each Casita is fully furnished and equipped. There is a large, shared outer space with a beautiful desert-like landscape, covered with exotic regional plants, as are agaves and succulents. Villas Huertas also offers free, inner parking space (1 per Villa), this is a plus in San Miguel given the limited street parking! CASITA UNO The house is distributed as follows: Bedroom 1: 1 king bed Bedroom 2: 2 single beds The property has 2 full bathrooms: One on the ground floor, located in the living room and kitchen area. One upstairs, in the bedroom area. Please note that the maximum occupancy is 5 people, no exceptions. PET RULES: Only one pet per house is allowed. No additional pets are permitted under any circumstances. It must be a small pet (maximum 15 kg). The pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas (if other pets are present). Do not use kitchen utensils to feed pets. Any damage caused by the pet must be covered by its owner.
