Spacious two story guest house on a private road situated on Lake Hartwell. Use the double deck dock with 7 mile view for all day fishing, swimming or just relaxing. The guest house with central heating and air is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, 3 streaming flat screen tvs, two full baths, washer/dryer combo and a large attached deck. Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Dreher Dreams is right next to Dreher Island State Park so you can enjoy the additional benefit of walking nature trails with wonderful panoramic water views. A boat ramp is inside the Park and a 5 minute boat ride back to the dock to tie up your boat. Wide water and sunrise/sunset views. Cabin has 3 BRs + Loft. Easy wheelchair access for a senior citizen off back porch. Enjoy a variety of wildlife. Fishing is amazing right off the dock! (See pics). 2 paddleboards and 2 kayaks available.

View the mountain from the deck while listening to the nearby waterfall. Adventure awaits at the end of the drive or by walking down onto a tree-covered path into the Park's 3,000 acres. Located on the edge of the Blue Ridge, enjoy hiking, wildlife, breathtaking views, history, paddling, fishing, history, or bluegrass music on the mountain.

Walk to Main St. in 10-15 minutes for access to great restaurants, bars, and shopping. 20 minute walk to beautiful Falls Park. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee provided. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony. If you're in town for an event at the Bon Secours Arena, avoid event parking fees and stay here. You won't find a closer place to the arena.
