Set near to a small Sussex village with direct access onto the South Downs, Iford is on the wild fringes of historic Lewes (2 miles), vibrant Brighton (7 miles) and Newhaven ferry and beach (6 miles). There is a rear private deck with seating. Ideal for romantic escapes or active holidays. Enjoy the outdoors by foot & bike direct from the cabin. The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Modern self contained annex (own entrance), fabulous views of the sea & South Downs National Park. Ovingdean is a 15 minute walk to the beach, regular buses into Brighton. 10 mins by car. The annex comprises fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining / lounge area with a smart tv. There is fast wifi and the space acts as a very comfortable workspace. Double bed on mezzanine (accessed via ladder) and sofa bed in lounge. Welcome breakfast, coffee, tea provided. Pets welcome and parking available.

Bloomsbury Retreat is located in the heart of Kemptown Village and is 200meters from the beach. This basement apartment has been recently renovated. It is bright, stylish and human and dog friendly! It allows you to be in the heart of all that is Kemptown, Brighton whilst at the same time allowing a safe retreat to relax and recharge. 2mins from local cafes, pubs and grocery stores. It's got all you need. Treat yourself and keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located safe haven.

Near Brighton (5miles), seaside, country annex

We would love to host you in our bright, brand new modern annex building at the foot of the South Downs Way and 20 minutes by public transport to the colourful City of Brighton and it's famous beach and pier. You will have exclusive access to this extension to our home, with your own kitchen, bathroom and access to fast wifi. We are very happy to advise on where to go, eat etc, or leave you in total peace if you prefer. Our labrador is extremely greedy and very nosey, hope you like dogs!!

A self-contained 2-bedroom flat , semi-detached to our home with separate access on the idyllic Kingston Ridge . Ideal for walkers, the South Downs way is at the end of the private no-through road, or the County Town of Lewes is a 2 mile walk away (or a ten minute drive). Brighton is 8 miles down the road, with a regular bus service. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people but has a maximum capacity of 8 (sofa bed). N.B. We have a very friendly dog.

Garden Huts B&B Caburn

Garden Huts B&B offer a unique place to stay for walkers, cyclists and those exploring the local area. Located in the picturesque village of Rodmell close to the South Downs Way and the home of Virginia Woolf. Caburn huts are two huts, one bedroom hut with a comfy double bed, seating with tea and coffee making facilities. The second is a bathroom hut with a gorgeous roll top bath. Continental breakfast is provided in the morning.

Please note that this is a quiet residential area with neighbours who like their peace and quiet too. No parties or loud music and you'll need to keep the noise right down after 9pm.
