This quaint Victorian-style duplex is located on a quiet dead-end street. No one is above or below you, allowing for a quieter stay without hearing footsteps above you.

Harvest Lane Cottage is on a quiet and calm country road right in the middle of suburban of Salt Lake. The .5 acre property has a freshly remodelled home with wide views of the mountains. The yard has a tramp, swing set, fire pit, grill, ample seating, grazing horses (directly behind) and a nearby community pool that can be scheduled for just your group. Charming cottage in the heart of Sugarhouse. New kitchen, wood floors. Private back yard, covered parking. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to the U of U, Westminster College, & ski resorts. We allow pets, with a $50/pet fee. It is not permitted to leave pets outside unattended. Thanks for being considerate! You will find light snacks, an assortment of teas and coffee and a Keurig Coffee Maker waiting when you arrive. We also provide disposable razors, makeup towelettes and Ibuprofen, as needed.
