Spacious home located on alpaca farm. Quiet and private, storage space for bikes, ski gear etc. Large open living with living room/dining room/reading area/kitchen and two bedrooms with spacious bathroom. Bathroom has shower only (sorry- large soaking tub is in other apartment, which is adjoining to family apartment). Perfect get-away, rent both sides to sleep 8-10. Fully stocked and supplied. Fresh farm eggs and coffee/tea/hot chocolate/cream included. Collect your own eggs, if you want!

The Tin Shed | Modern Parkside Home - 0511

Built-in 2015, it's featured in the "Small House Book" by Lloyd Kahn. It's clean and modern yet warm and cozy. One bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds (AC in bedrooms). The main living space has a garage door that opens to the back patio. It's a hop, skip, and a jump from all you need, from biking and hiking trails, restaurants, shops, the playground, the amphitheater, and the river. Our short-term rental license number for the city of Salida is 0511.

Soulcraft Brewery two blocks to the east and the Casa Calaca a local Mexican Restaurant right across highway 50. This house has a lot of amenities right out your front door. Close to down town with a bike path and a dog park located two blocks to the north I have included two town cruisers to get you where you need to be!!
