Laundry is the only shared area, located outside the unit behind a secured door and unused by host during guest stay. Our enchanting 1+ BR, 2 level cottage backs up to prime Minneapolis William Berry Park and Lake Harriet. Fully-equipped kitchen plus breakfast nook, LR/DR, entry parlor w/piano, Br w/queen bed. Walk-out lower-level patio, family room w/sleeping cubby, queen-sized mattress, full-size laundry, Roku/internet, outdoor hot tub - glorious in winter! Just 800 feet from the shore of gorgeous Lake Harriet and a few blocks from Lake Bde Maka Ska (formerly Lake Calhoun), connected to all Minneapolis Lakes.

Cozy and comfortable 100 year old cottage on a quiet street steps from the creek, trail and lakes. Enjoy everything the Nokomis area has to offer, restaurants, parks, lakes, trails, and bars. A four block walk to the the 46st Street light rail station- offering direct access to all major metro destinations (US Bank Stadium, VA Hospital, Mall of America, and airport). The rental offers privacy for a drink or coffee on the rear deck; short walk/bike to park(s), commercial, and grocery store.

Your private suite includes a bedroom with two queen beds, a kitchen and sitting nook, a bathroom, a large television with cable and hookups for your tech devices. A den/ living room with a fireplace and a tv, and a private deck. Just steps out the door you can take the stairway down to the lake and enjoy sunset and lake views. Lake toys are available. Our home is just a quick 2mi drive into the town of White Bear Lake- a charming, hip and town full of shopping, dinning, more lake.

We are on a park in a residential neighborhood, just a block from Lake of the Isles. Nearby trails are great for walking, biking, and paddling. Free parking with Electric Vehicle charging on request.

We built our space to be a quiet refuge in the city, providing plenty of light and amenities to sit and chill for days, but also great access to explore everything the city has to offer.
