Private suite with a king size bed

A two rooms private apartment with a king size bed. Strong wifi, smart tv, towels, clean sheets, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop (really efficient from Ikea), two heating plates, microwave, mini oven, pots and pan. There is also a sink beside the bed that might not appear on some pictures. Also access to a laundry and dryer machine in another room that you share with us, as we live in the same building. The actual bed is the one you see in the lasts pictures, still a king size.

Il très éclairé avec une entrée privée ,très bien aménagé et très propre. Idéal pour une famille tranquille. À 5 min de la Place Bell, Centre Laval À 3 min du métro Cartier et cinéma Guzzo Proche de plusieurs restaurants (TIM HORTONS, MCDONALD, SUBWAY, PIZZERIA, DOMINOS PIZZA), épiceries, pharmacies. La villa tient son nom de l'illustre facteur d'orgues, Claver Casavant qui y vécut autrefois.
