Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Apartment Petticoat Im 55 m² großen Appartment Petticoat ist alles anders als in herkömmlichen Wohnungen. Sie fühlen sich wie zuhause, es herrscht eine ganz eigene Atmosphäre. Das neu eingerichtete Appartment verführt Sie in die Vergangenheit zu reisen. Im Stil der 50er und 60er Jahre ausgestattet, besticht es mit besonderen Designelementen. Eine gute Wahl für Gäste, die etwas Besonderes suchen. Das Apartment besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern - für 4 Pers., 1 Wohnküche mit Essbereich, Dusche und WC.

Wir befinden uns auf einer Höhe von ca. 880 Metern, was unsere Gäste unmittelbar das Almfeeling spüren lässt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Entspannung & die österreichische Idylle zu genießen. Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

Apartment central located -2 min walk to the lake

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Bei Buchung ist die Saalfelden-Leo-card inkludiert. Das Apartment bietet mit 120m2 Platz für maximal 6 Personen bzw einen geräumigen und damit entspannten Aufenthalt für Familien. Zwei der vier Zimmer haben jeweils einen Ausgang auf den Balkon mit dem beeindruckenden Panorama des Saalfeldner Beckens und der ihn einschließenden Gebirgszügen. Der 700m2 große Garten lädt zum Verweilen und in lauen Sommernächten zu Grillabenden ein. 2 Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

Die Wohnung befindet sich nur ca. 1,5 km vom Zentrum von Maria Alm sowie dem Einstieg in das Hochkönig Skigebiet entfernt und ist auch bequem per Bus erreichbar. Die unzähligen Ausflugsziele in der Region machen deinen Urlaub zu einem echten Erlebnis.
