THIS MEANS UNLIKE A HOTEL OR APARTMENT COMPLEX THERE IS NO SHARED AIR BETWEEN ROOMS AND OTHER PEOPLE AND BUILDING SPACES. ALL SURFACES/BEDDING SANITIZED AFTER EACH GUEST. (Lysol ). 1 P.M checkout
We request 5% GST at check in please. The apartment is located in Old Strathcona,only which is the second designated Alberta historical district and one of the top 5 shopping districts in Canada. The one bedroom airconditioned apartment is constructed of recycled metal shipping containers, set on top of a concrete garage. It was built by the Edmonton company Honomobo. (HO3 model) the unit includes high end appliances, a large home theatre screen, and a new reclining leather couch. High quality stainless steel cookware,as well as toaster and small convention oven,and a microwave,Ninja blender are available. Dishwasher and washer dryer are included in the apartment. The second bed is a high quality fold out single bed with a foam mattress topper. It can be set up in the bedroom or living room area depending on guest preference. ***-PLEASE NOTIFY IF YOU NEED THE SECOND BED DUE TO PREPARATION . The unit is located steps from the following: Whyte Ave two 24 hour convienience stores Several grocery stores including 3 organic. (K and K Foodliner is an old German grocery store located about a half block away-99th and whyte. They still process and smoke their meats. Many bakeries are available in the neighborhood,with empress and boulangerie very close by. hundreds of Restaurants and shops in Old Strathcona. liquor store and a nice wine store. Cannabis store Spirit leaf is about 2.5 blocks away, and several cannabis related shops Spirit leaf is open till 11 p.m. Two retro art movie theaters,as well as several live theatres are with in walking distance. Several used book shops are around the old Strathcona area with in walking distance. Alhambra is on 81 ave and about 102 street ,and Wee book inn is on Whyte ave and 103 street ,and is open till midnight 7 days a week. As noted there is a whole home filtered water system for bath/shower, taps and dishwasher/washing machine. the whole home system filters out chlorine and impurities. Thus you can fill your water bottles from the tap, and you should notice softer clothes and skin.from using the shower and washing machine. A 23 foot balcony is there for smoking, outdoor dining or just some fresh air. The balcony may be closed in very cold weather,but smoking can be done just outside the main door landing if the balcony is closed.
Old Strathcona has been rated in the top 5 neighborhoods in Canada for shopping,and in the top 10 general neighborhoods in Canada! Maybe im biased being a long term resident that grew up in the area. But I have traveled to some great cities and I would say that some of the really cool shops, Restaurants and parks in the area are at par with anywhere I' ve been...actually several that are better! Why? Where else than Whyte ave/old strathcona could you shop for scuba gear and then stop off next door at a cat cafe for a latte and a cat snuggle after taking Pole dancing lessens upstairs. Want to take a Comedy lesson,or just watch a show? The Grindstone Comedy club is located on 81 ave and about 102 street. Or maybe there's not enough stress in your life? in that case checknout one of the featured escape rooms on Whyte. ...Or hit Nova or Spirit Leaf Cannabis first and do this all baked..or relieve the stress from the escape room experience! If coffee but cats are not your thing DeCappo on 102 and Whyte serves the best cappacinno 'I've had anywhere in the world! (Ground floor within Blush lane organic grocery) Also the attached retaurant "Under the high wheel" is one of the best breakfast/brunch places in Edmonton! In to collectables comics and tattoos in one shop? Maybe venture to a 2nd floor (10444-82 ave) to Shades of Grey, a combination tattoo/ vintage collectible toy/comic store...cause those things all go together! The two large antique markets alone take hours to see! (80 ave and gateway blvd and 71 ave and gateway blvd)..also explore the small ones as well! Check out other cool shops like The junque seller, Mars and Venice, Whyte Knight collectibles(toys,comics-2nd floor, between 103 and 104 st...upstairs from mars and venus.) Lahambra used books,(81 ave 102 st.), Wee book Inn used books(open to midnight-7 days a week-103 st. /Whyte) Warp One Comics (right on the corner of 99th and Whyte) And for an old time Dept. store check out Army and Navy! And if you head east about 2.5 blocks the mill creek cafe is great and there's a fantastic used book store next door...and a great little wine shop and an organic grocery store,etc are right near the corner. 6 blocks south on 76 ave and 96 street is an awesome meat shop called Acme that has been family run in the neighborhood since 1929. Also transcend coffee and the Blu note cafe for live music and great coffee and food! Also there's an icecream shop that is awesome! (sorry name escapes me right now-76 ave 96 street). The mill creek outdoor swimming pool is just down the hill from 96 street and Whyte,and is open May till Sept. The kinsman Rec centre features Olympic size pools and diving ,as well as a large workout centre and indoor running track. (just use the track in cold weather,as the outdoor trails are some of the best running you will experience anywhere!) The Old Strathcona Farmers Market is open Saturdays year round...and is about 3.5 blocks away! Downtown also has two markets running Sat and Sunday. There are 3 organic grocery stores,(Earths general store,Planet Organic and Blush Lane) An old German Grocery store,K and K foodliner on the corner of 99th and whyte. Empress Bakery is also just next door to K and K. So many Restaurants I can't begin to list but here's a small few... Lagano skies,Ethiopian-Go Here!!! Just steps away on the corner of 99street and Whyte ave. For Indian I'd say Daawat is a close favorite,and is close at 102 and Whyte,but many others are awesome. Pizza? Hands down the 3 R's... Rosso , Raggazzi or Royal...okay four...roadrunner on the corner of 99st and whyte is great for late night take out at a great price. Also try Tasty Toms(101st and whyte ave)...Best Schnizel ever! ,Dadeo for Cajun/southern U.S influence in a really cool old Diner with old jukeboxes at the tables. (These were prevalent on Whyte Ave when I was a kid...All gone except Dadeos) For downtown try Bodega, Sabor or Buco,as well as Tre carnales. Actually Edmonton has so many it's hard to list. For high quality consignment clothes check out the Red Pony and Platos closet,among others. Also check out the side streets and avenues off Whyte ave. Many interesting shops old houses,trees and buildings. And again the river valley trails are incredible and very close and accessible to where you are staying. BBq

The ultimate in loft living. Stay in this TWO level, 1520 sqft. loft located in the heart of downtown Edmonton. *No Pets or Parties Allowed.
This unit is located in the historic John Deere Warehouse building, built in 1928. It has been fully renovated into a modern rustic ONE Bedroom + den, TWO full bathroom loft. The loft boasts 14 ft. ceilings, distressed hardwood floors, exposed brick, SS appliances, and in suite laundry. Frequently asked questions: Can I have additional guests over for a gathering, party or any sort of special occasion? Included poker parties, birthdays, pre-drinks before the clubs, etc. No. There is a strict “No Events or Party” rule. Airbnb’s have been known for their uncontrolled house parties and disruption to residents in buildings and this will not be tolerated at the Seventh Street Lofts. Guests will be asked to leave immediately upon notification from residents of such disturbances with no refund. Can I have a late check-out or early check in? Typically, yes. If a guest has requested a later check-out, an early check in is sometimes not possible. I cannot guarantee an earlier check-in before 3pm. I’ll always let guests know if the cleaners have completed the clean early so that the guest has the option of checking in early. For late check-outs, please request at least 24 hours in advance. Will a full size truck fit in the underground parking? Yes. The ceiling height is 6’ 9”. Unmodified 1/2 ton trucks such a Ford F-150 will fit! Can I park a second vehicle? There is no visitor parking access at this location. Paid parking is always an option on the street or at the Impark directly across the street. Further details will be located in the Check-In instructions. Is there a patio or outdoor area for BBQing / Smoking etc.? No. The loft does not have a patio. Guests will be required to smoke and vape outside either on the sidewalk or back alley locations. Smoking in the building or parkade will result in a $500 fire code violation. Where is the loft located? On the corner of 103rd Ave and 107th Street in Downtown Edmonton, AB. How do I access the building? You’ll receive an initial welcome message from myself that includes a reminder to review the House Rules and House Manual, a link to the self Check-In Instructions (including parking instructions) and the Wifi password. If you’ve booked weeks in advance the Check-in Instructions may not be available to you until 48 hours prior to arrival. Where can I find the garbage cans? There are two sets of 6 ft. X 6 ft. garbage dumpsters that can be found in the back alley for your use! En route to the parkade you will pass them both. Use the main lobbies back door for easiest access to back alley dumpsters. Use door to the left of the elevator in main lobby and don’t forget to bring the building FOB with you!

The Rosehip House is located in a very sweet and central location in the town of Jasper. We are also a minutes walk into the landscape of the National Park. Our park is beautiful, pristine, raw and wild. Enjoy walking through wooded valley bottoms, walking on the peaks of mountains or through meadows of wild flowers and alpine heather. Follow trails carved by the hoofs of antlered animals and furry creatures. The air here is fresh, cool, sweet, and cleansing; rich aromas of spice and earth. The rivers rush clear and pure. This landscape is so inspiring, vast and expansive that the far corners of your mind are left refreshed and renewed. Or at the very least, left full of wonder...
  • Loft Rosehip był czysty i wygodny, w spokojnej okolicy, co oznaczało, że spaliśmy dobrze! Niestety niskie sufity utrudniały mojemu wysokiemu (ponad 6 ') mężowi i kilka razy uderzył się w głowę. Wanna też była dla niego mała. Lokalizacja była idealna na spacery do restauracji. Połowa listopada była spokojna w Jasper, a niektóre z naszych ulubionych restauracji zostały zamknięte z powodu renos lub z innych powodów. Szczególnie podobały się Coco's i Harvest. Odwiedziłem także mały JAG (Galeria Sztuki) i zabrałem muzykę na żywo w Legionie. Brak śniegu oznaczał, że nie mogliśmy jeździć na nartach, tak jak się spodziewaliśmy. Widoki na góry były wyjątkowe, a my mieliśmy cudowne spacery nad jeziorem Patricia, jeziorem Maligne i Kanionem Maligne. Oto mój wiersz podziękowań: Bimber na łóżku, miękkie poduszki na głowę ... Ciche, wygodne miejsce na odpoczynek, pozwala spać zanim zjemy ... Resto jest w obfitości miasta, spraw, abyśmy chcieli wrócić po więcej, ale ... Nasz cel, aby x / c jeździć na nartach, został zastąpiony przez dodanie funtów! Dziękuję Sean i Adriane!

  • Absolutnie uwielbiałem ten strych. Jest nawet ładniejszy osobiście. Strych jest słodki i przytulny. To było czyste i zapewniło organiczne herbaty i kawę. Niestety nie byłem w stanie się nimi cieszyć, ponieważ czajnik był trochę brudny w środku z nagromadzeniem wapnia, ale w okolicy jest mnóstwo miejsc na filiżankę kawy lub herbaty. W 100% polecam to miejsce.

  • Poddasze z dzikiej róży jest doskonałym miejscem na zwiedzanie Jaspera i jego pięknej okolicy. To miejsce jest dogodnie zlokalizowane w pobliżu centrum pełnego wspaniałych miejsc do jedzenia, picia kawy lub zakupów z pamiątkami, ale znajduje się również w bardzo spokojnej okolicy, dzięki czemu możesz być w pełni zrelaksowany. Loft był bardzo czysty i przytulny i był miły i ciepły po dniu spędzonym na wędrówkach. Sean dał nam również świetne rekomendacje dotyczące tego, gdzie jeść i co robić. Wysoce polecany!

PARKING: Upon arrival you will find the single concrete driveway at the front of the house, this is available for you to park your vehicle. ENTRANCE: You will proceed through the wooden gate (please make sure the gate closes behind you) and the side door will be your private entrance. You will receive a unique door code which will work for the duration of your stay. We ask that you remove your shoes upon entering the home. Additionally guests are required to lock the door after entering and departing the property. YOUR SPACE: Your private studio contains a queen sized bed, with fresh/clean linens, down duvet, several pillows, closet, hanger for your clothing and Netflix TV. KITCHENETTE/BREAKFAST BAR: Fully equipped with Keurig, instant espresso maker, kettle, blender, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, hot plate, cutlery, glasses/cups, dishes to use at your leisure and dining table with chairs.     Our 555 sq ft modern loft is open concept with 6 wonderfully large windows that light the place right up. We are located right in the heart of downtown, and the only condo building to be directly connected to the lrt train station. ****The building does not have parking*** there is parkades and street parking available just outside the building at your cost.
    The building is very secure it has a 24 hour door person and fob entry into the building. It is the only building where you can take the elevator underground to the LRT. A tv with Netflix and wifi internet is included, we have a desk for anyone that needs to get some work done. Located right on Jasper ave the area is full of festivals during summer that are just steps away. In the winter take advantage of being able to access City Center without having to step outside in the cold by taking the elevator downstairs for underground access that will take you to great shopping, the movies or dinner. There are many great restauraunts in the area. Coming to Edmonton for a concert? walking distance to the new rogers arena about a 14 minute walk or a short ride to rexall on the lrt. ******There is a parkade located behind the building with hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rates available but the building itself does not have parking***** Overall this is a great location in walking distance to many places.

In the summer, you are welcome to relax in our beautifully landscaped backyard. For your privacy, the entrance leads directly to the suite, not through our home. We look forward to seeing you. Please note that we may be able to accommodate guests at 4:30 with prior notice.
    We provide a basic kitchenette set-up with a microwave, fridge, sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, and dining area. There is no stove. The ensuite bathroom has a shower. Guests have exclusive use of the living room with large television ( smart TV with Netflix, no cable) and kitchenette space.
    Wildwood is a quiet residential neighborhood. We are just off Circle Drive so there is fast and convenient access to all points in the city. Depending on traffic and time of day, the airport is only 15 minutes away. We are a 3 minute walk to a popular shopping mall and a transit hub with frequent bus service to downtown and the University of Saskatchewan.

    The Zen Loft is located on the 3rd floor of a lovely character home. The bedroom is open and spacious. The decor is modern and charming with original wood floors, exposed brick, a wall mounted glass electric fireplace, and windows facing east and west. With the biggest tree on the block, looking out the window makes it feel like you're in a tree fort! Common Area The common area hosts a small kitchenette which includes: a fridge, microwave, keurig machine w/ complimentary coffee pods, filtered water, toaster, table and chairs. The Washroom has his & her sinks, a large shower head with good pressure, and a bathtub. Both the common area and the washroom are located on the 2nd floor which is exclusive to guests (hosts live on the main floor with a separate entrance). If you are the only guest staying, you will have the Common Space & Washroom to yourself. If there are other guests, these are shared.
    Riversdale is one of Saskatoon's oldest neighbourhoods, diverse, centrally located, a bit gritty and midway through an urban renewal; many new local shops, restaurants, young people and young families.

    This bright and cozy basement suite is perfect for a couple or single visitors. Close to shops and restaurants of Broadway, the river bank parks, downtown, and the University of Saskatchewan, it's a great base for experiencing Saskatoon! The suite is completely private, with a separate entrance. The queen bed and linens are very comfortable. There's easy on-street parking, and the bus stop is close. As a host, I'm happy to help, or respect your privacy. A medium-sized dog lives upstairs.
    This suite is ideal for business trips, or short work or academic assignments either downtown or at the U of S. Some guests are just arriving in Saskatoon and getting settled. This suite, while it's a basement, is bright. Good light and air comes in through the windows. The furnishings are comfortable and of good quality. I genuinely enjoy guests. This is a wonderfully quiet and leafy neighbourhood. It's like a village, really. But we're five minutes from all of the action and shops in the Broadway area, and ten minutes from the river, and fifteen to the U of S and downtown if you are walking.
    This neighbourhood is like a village, full of trees and community, even though we are right close to the "action" in Saskatoon. All the funky shops and restaurants of Broadway are a five-minute walk; and the trails and parks along the South Saskatchewan River are ten minutes' walk at most. I walk most places I need to go, including the grocery store (Extra Foods), pharmacy (Shoppers Drug Mart), locally-owned independent book store (Turning the Tide), pub (Yard and Flagon), cinema and performance space (the Broadway Theatre), and best restaurants in town (Nosh, Calories).

  • Tak jak mówi - świetna lokalizacja, odległość do centrum Jasper. Bardzo ładny apartament, miły i ciepły podczas zimnego zaklęcia -30 w Jasper. Dużo miejsca dla nas pięciu z rozkładaną kanapą i wygodnymi łóżkami i kocami. Leslie była świetna z szybkimi odpowiedziami w czasie pobytu z wszelkimi pytaniami, które miałem, a miejsce było czyste i dobrze rozplanowane. Gorąco polecam to miejsce każdemu, i był miły i niedrogi!

  • Uwielbialiśmy nasz pobyt w Airbnb z Leslie! To była świetna przestrzeń dla dwóch par (i naszego psa), a dwie sypialnie pozwoliły nam na wystarczającą prywatność, ale nadal miło spędzić czas. Kuchnia była świetna na śniadanie i lunch (wyszliśmy na kolację). Mieliśmy mały problem z piecem ze względu na niedobór mocy w mieście i Leslie radził sobie z tym niesamowicie! Była szybka i szybka, aby poinformować nas o tym, co się dzieje i naprawić. Bardzo przychylny; na pewno zatrzymam się tam ponownie.

    The room is suitable for self-isolation. Spacious and quiet master bedroom with private entrance and ensuite bathroom. The room is bright and has a patio. We have a very comfy Casper queen size memory foam mattress. 2nd blow-up bed available. We are conveniently located between the airport and downtown. Green space behind the suite leads to the Frame Lake trail. 3-minute walk to the grocery store and pharmacy. 15-minute walk to downtown. Bus stop nearby to downtown and Old Town.
    We will always have a kettle, tea, and coffee for you. It is a master bedroom in a house, with a separate entrance for the guests. There is a lockable door that separates the suite from the rest of the house where I live.
    We are located in the Frame Lake area of Yellowknife. On my street you will find a community garden, kid's park, green space, and access trail to the Frame Lake trail. It's a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac with multi-ethnic friendly neighbours.

    My place is very close to the new Arena Rogers Place and Edmonton CityCenter shopping mall. I have underground parking and public transportation is only 3 mins walking. The place has ABSOLUTE NO PARTY policy. My neighbor called police last time when a guest had an event without telling me. Also property manager lives on site. You’ll love my place because it’s at the center of everything. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
    Ultima building is the newest and highest building in this area, completed in October 2016. Rogers Place has a walking entrance located right in front of the building. It’s the perfect location to explore Edmobton. My condo has two bedrooms and 1 bath. Master room has a King size bed and customized built closet. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. You will find everything you need in the bathroom, including shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and lotion. There is a hair dryer place under the sink as well. I charge $90 for cleaning. Besides regular cleaning, my cleaner sanitizes the place every time after a trip. Something more.... -In-suit laundry -Free parking Kitchen appliance including.... -Nespresso coffee machine -Toaster -fridge/freezer -electric kettle -stove -microwave -cooking utensils
    The building is on 103th street which has a lot of restaurants and bars. It right next to Rogers Place and in the center of the Ice District. I hope you enjoy it as much as I Do. Lots of entertainment!

    Even though we are downtown, we are tucked away on a hill showing the city lines and lake views from our backyard. On a clear night you can see the northern lights from up on the rocks in the backyard.

  • Miejsce Johna wyglądało jak zdjęcia reklamowane. Bardzo stylowy i niesamowity smak w wystroju i układzie mieszkania. Blisko do wielu udogodnień i tranzytu dosłownie tuż przed apartamentem. John był bardzo pomocny w upewnianiu się, że nasz pobyt był wygodny. Za cenę i lokalizację, na pewno się tu ponownie!

Lokalizacja znajduje się tuż obok stacji kolejki lekkiej Commonwealth Stadium i przystanków autobusowych ERT. Jednostka znajduje się na poziomie piwnicy, ale z pewnością czuła się przytulnie i ciepło w mroźnej styczniowej zimie. Kuchnia jest dobrze zaopatrzona, a prysznic w łazience jest fantastyczny.
