The house is located on the canal in a great location close to town. Convenient to everything we needed. Check in is easy. Scott was great at responding quickly when we had a question. We didn't realize the third bedroom didn't have a closet but the master closet is huge so it wasn't a problem for us.

Beautiful canal home close to everything. Scott went above and beyond to help us upon check out. He sent his neighbor over with jumper cables to help us with our dead battery immediately after I texted him to see if he had jumper cables. We hope to stay again soon!

Attending a wedding, I had wanted to stay at a hotel on Boca Grande but my husband really wanted to stay at a house. I am so glad he prevailed! Scott's home was perfect for our needs. The home was so comfortable and inviting for our guests. We loved relaxing outside by the canal and watching boats sail by. I cannot think of one thing we needed that we did not have. But most of all, Scott was wonderful. Before and during our stay if I had any questions or concerns, he addressed them immediately. He could not have been more attentive and responsive. This was only our second Airbnb but it will not be our last. Thank you, Scott!

This canal front beach house was perfect for our family vacation. The amenities were top notch, great appliances, very comfy linens and lots of room to lounge around. We've rented our fair share of beach houses and this one is at the top of our list. Most houses have uncomfortable wicker or rattan furniture but this house has large and comfortable couches and chairs. There was a small issue at the beginning of our stay and Scott went above and beyond to resolve this issue. Sue described everything in wonderful detail and she was an amazing hostess. She had left everything wonderfully arranged and marked and even some refreshments as well as some breakfast amenities. Vi kunde inte rekommendera Claudia s Gasparilla Getaway mer! Utrymmet är vacker-rena, bekväma och du lägger till mods så fort du kliver in genom dörren. Claudia var helt fantastiskt, mycket hjälpsam och underbart att arbeta med. Vi har en ung familj med tre barn och huset var perfekt för oss. Verandan är fantastiskt och med stranden precis vid våra fingertoppar och ändå så nära till stan gör det en hake. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka och rekommenderar till alla överväger!

Min man och jag hade en stor tid på Claudia hus! Och om vår hund kunde tala, skulle han håller! Vi älskade layouten av huset och för tre av oss, det var mycket rymlig. Skärmad i solrummet var fantastiska! Vi tillbringade mycket tid avkopplande det och hunden älskade det, liksom. Massor av positives- stor tv för morgonnyheterna, master sängen mycket bekvämt, stora handdukar, mycket öppen och soliga och glada, etc etc. Platsen är också ett plus. Precis bredvid promenader / cykla / varukorg väg in till stan. Och en mycket kort promenad till stranden. Ha varit till Boca Grande innan, kan vi inte säga tillräckligt om det är unika. Och så hund-vänliga!

Ein perfektes Wochenende. Meine Frau und ich flüchtete zu diesem verschlafenen Küstenstadt für unsere "Babymoon". Claudia war sehr informativ gegeben, um uns die Schaufel auf, wo zu essen / trinken und was zu essen / trinken. See war vor Ort auf. Wir räkelte, sah TV, hallo-tailed es auf ihren Golfwagen, gekocht, lesen ein paar Bücher von Claudia Sammlung und schliefen wie Steine. Ein paar Wochen ab jetzt schlafen mit unseren neuen Zusatz zur Familie knapp sein. Insgesamt war das Zimmer sauber, gut gestaltet, offen und einladend. Wir hoffen, dass wieder die Reise zu machen. Das nächste Mal mit den Kindern. Das wird Spaß machen.

This home is open, airy and bright. Very clean. The large screened porch on the back of the home doubles the living space and is the best part. We lived on the porch! Quick bike ride to town for shopping and restaurants, 2 minute walk to the beach, and quick bike ride to fishing piers for kids. Our host, Claudia, provided a fantastic list of restaurant and activity suggestions which we followed and loved each one. Will return!

Nice house, plenty of room .

The listing description was accurate and the place was clean. My family was there to celebrate three different birthdays (6, 12, and 80) that weekend. We had a great time both at the beach and pool. The house was large enough to accommodate all 13 of us without anyone stepping on anyone else's toes. The two kitchens were a bonus. The beach was a close walk on the boardwalk across the street and given the time of year we were there we had the beach to ourselves. Everyone enjoyed all the shell gathering and spectacular sunsets.

Beautiful location! The house is lovely and great for large groups (we had 12 and a baby). The home was clean and everything worked (appliances, tv, wifi, etc). Ryan was very helpful and answered all our questions!!

Arriving on the island was like stepping into paradise. The house sits halfway between the Gulf and the Bay, so you are always only steps from breathtaking views and activities. You walk out onto your spacious second floor covered porch and the only sounds are the birds and the coconut palms swaying in the island breezes. From the heated pool to the paid extras of a golf cart or even a boat, this property provides you and yours with enough amenities to make your time on LGI amazing. John strives to make sure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. The home comes with everything you need, and as John continues to update the property, it will only improve.

Our host John was absolutely wonderful. He made us feel like family on the island. He was so absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond for my family, and for that I am forever grateful. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. My first airbnb experience, and I would certainly be back to Johns house again.

John is a very good host and person. He picked us up from the mainland as planned, even though we were a little late. He even got me some stuff that I forgot to buy. The house was very clean and better than the pictures. We loved the beach which was only a 2 minutes walk. This was the best way for us to end our Florida trip. Would love to go again and spend a week. Way to go John!!

This island is incredibly beautiful and secluded from the city life and noise we are all a custom to. It was the perfect getaway for my friends and I to relax and have some fun! The house was comfortable, grill was a must, pool was fun, and the golf cart very convenient! I can't put into words how perfect our weekend was.

The house was awesome! It has two paddle boards that we used several times. It also comes with two bicycles. We enjoyed riding around exploring the island on our bicycles. The beach was perfect. It is so clear that you can see the fish swimming around and you can also search for sand dollars on the bottom of the ocean floor. The house came with everything we needed. The master bedroom bed was super comfortable and we loved being able to see the ocean view from our bedroom windows. You can also hear the waves crashing at night from the windows. It makes sleeping so peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped with most everything you could ever need. It also had a new BBQ grill which was perfect for grilling every night. We went on a fishing charter with a guy named Roger, it was the best day ever! I highly recommend using him. We caught several large fish and had enough for two meals for five people. Lastly, being on the island is truly magical. It is a must do for anyone wanting to relax, explore and just be on "vacation".

This house met and exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and comfortable for 6 people. The beach items - chairs/umbrellas, boogie boards, fishing equipment, bikes - were a great bonus and all in excellent condition. The island was absolutely beautiful and not crowded at all, especially for spring break. I was also really impressed by how organized all the other folks involved were - the water taxi, the concierge, the golf cart folks and the massage therapist (great massage, too!). They were all right on time and very pleasant to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a rental on Little Gasparilla Island then look no further. We rented this house for a guys weekend of fishing and boating and we were all impressed with how communicative and friendly the owners were, how clean and well fitted the house was, and how great of a location it is in. You can't beat pulling up to a private dock that leads directly to the house, plenty of rod storage and a great fish cleaning station. I will be back, I think I found my new vacation spot!

A wonderful spacious and clean island house on a quiet island. A quick trip on a water taxi and you get to paradise. The house is located on the quiet side away from the waves at the beach. A very short walk across the narrow island and you find yourself on an endless beach covered in white sand and a treasure of sea shells. The locals are friendly, and how could you not be in a great mood seeing as you are in paradise. If you're after a a place to unplug and unwind, you've found it. No traffc jams, no hustle and bustle. A refreshing change in scenery.

This house is absolutely perfect, especially to be on such a secluded island. Amazingly clean, well kept, beautifully decorated, perfect location with a private dock. We will be back again for sure! Thank you!
