Talvella huollettu latu kulkee jäällä liittyen isoon latuverkostoon ja jään yli pääsee kävellen lähimmälle hissille. Parvi ja alakerta antavat käyttöön suuret parisängyt ja olohuoneen vuodesohva lisää tilaa perheille ja pienille ryhmille. Keskeiset hiihto-, maastopyöräily- ja moottorikelkkareitit lähtevät 200m kävelymatkan päästä mökiltä. Vuokrahintaan ei sisälly loppusiivousta. Mysig stuga med stilfull inredning vid en lugn sjö (30m) mitt i skogen, bara några minuter från Ruka och Family Park! Bastu och terass, sovalkov i övre och nedre våningen med dubbelsängar, samt ett loft med en parsäng och en 120cm säng. Vandrings-, cykelleder och längdskidspår, 50m. Stugan är idealisk speciellt för par, små familjer eller distansarbetare. Vi har även några andra stugor på Ruka som är ski in ski out. Talvijärven Kuura

Tämä tilava ja viihtyisä, v. 2024 remontoitu huoneisto sijaitsee lähellä kaikkia Rukan palveluita, ollen kuitenkin omassa rauhassaan Talvijärven rannalla. Huoneisto toimii yhtä hyvin kalastusretken, ruskaretken kuin laskettelureissunkin tukikohtana. Asunnossa on kaikki mukavuudet onnistuneeseen lomaan! Käytössäsi on taloyhtiön hiekkaranta, laituri ja grillauspaikka. Lisäksi käytössäsi on lukittu ja tilava varastotila, jossa voit säilyttää harrastusvälineitäsi.

Villa Valkeainen Kuusamo

Tervetuloa erämaan rauhaan ainutlaatuiseen hirsihuvilaan järven rannalle. Arkkitehdin suunnittelema ja vanhoista hirsistä rakennettu upea mökki sijaitsee keskellä hiljaisuutta ja metsää. Mökki on avara (150 m2) ja omaa tonttia on runsaasti. Mökki on tarkoitettu 1-6 hengelle ja se on täydellinen paikka rentoutumiseen. Mökissä on kaunis puusauna, sekä portaat saunasta järvelle omalle laiturille.
