Bright, homely flat overlooking Rothesay Bay !

The flat is situated across the road from the beach (about 30 secs walk) We are on the edge of the town, about 2 mins walk from the main supermarket and about 3 mins walk from the main shopping street of the town. There is free parking at the back of the building and free parking at the front too. We are situated about 7/8 minutes walk from the main ferry pier and you can watch the ferry coming in from the front windows. All in all it's a very warm, comfortable flat and we are very pet friendly.

Accommodation 2/3 Self-contained flat attached to main house with own entrance, on the sea front in the centre of Dunoon, with stunning views across the Clyde and down to Cumbrae, Bute and Arran. 1/4 mile to passenger ferry and one and a half to Hunter's Quay car ferry,5/10 minutes walk to shops, cinema, eateries. Walk, cycle, kayak, swim. Book-lined lounge/study with sofa bed, double bedroom, kitchen, shower room, access to secure back garden with fish pond. Dogs welcome if friendly to mine.

The Coach House at Hawkstone Lodge

The Coach House sits in the grounds of Hawkstone Lodge which dates back to the 1850s. The accommodation provides a bright and airy living area on the upper floor with scenic views to the south across the Firth of Clyde to the Cumbrae Isles. Seals and occasionally otters can be seen along the shore. The ground floor comprises an entrance hallway leading to the bedroom and bathroom with stairs up to the living area. The bedroom looks onto the spacious garden area to the rear of Hawkstone Lodge.

Swallows Cottage is situated a 5 min drive from the ferry terminal. It sits in its own grounds just 100m from the seafront of the quiet Craigmore district of the island. The cottage boasts stunning views up to Loch Striven and across the bay to Ardbeg and over to Toward. Swallows, is self contained with its own drive, and has ample space for 2 cars. There is a also a secure garden at the side of the cottage.You will fall in love as soon as you enter the door. Its such a beautiful place to stay

Entire cotton mill workers’ cottage in Rothesay

This former cotton mill workers cottage dating back to 1805 in the centre of Rothesay is the perfect location, offering the convenience of being in the town centre as well as being a base to explore the island and beyond. The property is cosy, well equipped and decorated to a high standard to ensure a comfortable stay. All pets are welcome. There is a log burning stove in the living room. There is ample parking outside the property. Travel cot and highchair available if required - please ask.

Leac Na Sith, a cottage on the beach

Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the Isle of Bute, the "Secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

Entire ground floor flat in Kilchattan Bay

Our small, ground floor, one bedroom flat is situated off the main road in the seaside village of Kilchattan Bay, Isle of Bute. As a family we have been coming on holiday here all our lives and welcome you to use our holiday home. The island is a really lovely place with plenty to explore and do, the house itself features a double bed and bunk bed to the rear and to the front you have a kitchen/living room with TV and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome. On street parking is never a problem.

Find your wee happy place at this gorgeous wee semi -detached cottage sits on Ardlamont point where the Kyles of Bute meet Loch Fyne. This is the jewel of Argyll’s Secret Coast. Romantically remote yet so close to the well known playgrounds of Tighnabruaich and Portavadie. A piece of paradise awaits you here set in bucolic surroundings of green fields with sheep and birds for company. Awe inspiring views towards Arran’s mountains and close to one of Scotland’s best beaches.

The Wee Lodge

Welcome to The Wee Lodge! We are located in sunny Ayrshire amongst open skies and rolling hills that descend down into the beautiful Clyde Estuary. See more on insta @StoopidFlat_farm The Wee Lodge is a wooden one bedroom house made by the 'Wee Hoose Company'. It sits in our farmsteadings overlooking hills and fields, with Arran and the Clyde in the distance. It is surrounded by pine trees, and with the decor reminiscent of a Scandinavian lodge, has a very peaceful feeling.

A stunning former lighthouse keeper’s cottage, Lighthouse Point has the most amazing views of the lighthouse and dramatic sea views down the Clyde approach, past Bute, towards Arran. Situated at Toward Point in Argyll, this beautiful cottage offers a luxurious stay with views to die for. If you can be tempted away from gazing out of the south facing sunroom, watching the sea, yachts and other marine traffic, it is less than two minutes’ walk to the water.

Our Wee Getaway

2nd Floor flat is located a few hundred yards from the ferry port and you can see when the boat has arrived from the living room window. Space consists of two bedrooms - one double and one twin, entrance hall, two large cupboards - one which has an TV and Xbox, and a living area which also has the kitchen at one end of the room. There is a washing machine, Xbox one, Wii U, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Sky Glass TV and Sky hub in one bedroom.

Argyll Retreat by Lock Eck. Argyll Forest Park.

Open all year. For couples, 2 friends or solo travellers . Dogs are very welcome. Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains.
