Unwind in the roll-top copper bathtub, elegantly set upon a mezzanine platform. We are located in a peaceful village, so ask guests to be mindful of noise. We are not suitable for loud parties or celebrations.

Venture up stone steps to a cosy cottage for 2. Cruise is a small self-catering holiday cottage located above the old stables in the traditional farmyard. A listed building recently converted with the care of Cumbrian craftsmen - lime plastered wiggly walls, oak floors, handcrafted oak doors and stairs, hand forged latches and handles. Situated in the Lake District with panoramic views from the door over the orchard, across fields of sheep and beyond to the North Pennines and Howgills.

The perfect base to explore the Lakes, Dales, fells, and local countryside and charming towns.

The Byre at Grange Farm is a cosy characterful rural hideaway retreat for a couple or family up to 4 people. It is a totally private annex next to our main farmhouse in the picturesque village of Bampton Grange in the Lake District. The accommodation is all open plan with TV(freeview), woodburner & comfy sofas opening up to a breakfast bar, newly appointed kitchen & shower room. On request we can offer an evening meal / breakfast basket filled with homemade and locally sourced goodies!

Tethera (Cumbrian for 3) is one of 3 brand new apartments in the newly renovated Cumbrian Bank Barn, 'Amma Barn'. This cozy yet spacious bed-sit comfortably sleeps two people and is perfect for a short get away to enjoy the quieter side of the English Lake district, the Westmorland Dales or the Eden Valley.
