This is a very spacious 2-story 1,000 sq-ft apartment with a bedroom, lounge/bedroom, a living room, a dining room, a full size bathroom, a kitchen, and a wardrobe closet. There are 3 TV screens in this apartment, one in each room. There are security cameras located outside the building and in the common entrance hallway only, but not inside the front door of the apartment. There are 2 free parking spaces next to the apartment. Our fitness gym is accessible from Main St for our guests only.

Walk or ride your bike to many places as you are connected to a 25,000 feet bike path that mostly follows the South Umpqua River for over 25,000 feet. Historic downtown's Jackson and Main streets with lots of restaurants and shopping only 3 or 4 blocks away. Waterfront and river access close through other properties we have and the city parks system. Great walk down the bike path to music and movies in Stewart Park.
