The property is secure with front fence & electronic gate. Mar del Plata is a 15min walk to Cable Beach & a short drive to the airport, supermarkets, bars & restaurants.

Our home is a 15 minute walk over the sand dunes to the beach & a short drive from both China Town & Cable Beach. Enjoy a refreshing swim in our resort style pool or relax on the couch watching a movie on our large home theater. Our home is the perfect getaway for families or travelling friends. We are PET friendly however outside only.

Bus stop on our street + convenience store a walk away. The Retreat is a seperate building behind our home (semi private entry). Queen bed & sofa bed available (cot/high chair on request). Shared: pool, outdoor shower & laundry. 2 dogs, chickens & toddler on the property. Children most welcome! Old Broome is the original settlement area.

It is located in a quiet street with bush views. The apartment is separate to our main home with private driveway and secure gates to the property. Apartment comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with 55" TV, king size bed, rain shower ensuite and separate toilet.
