Perfect for families, friends, or couples seeking a relaxing getaway.

A short walk & you’re in Nickerson State Park w/access to hike/bike trails & clean, secluded swim ponds. Kitchen: 4-burner cooktop, refrigerator, micro, coffee maker, & large toaster oven. Comfortable QUEEN bed, cozy living area w/TV (sports channels). Fast WiFi. Private full bathroom w/shower (also outside shower). Private outside entrance. Apartment is over 2-car garage - (NO cars are in garage - quiet is assured). No pets. No smoking. Main house is owner-occupied by a couple.

Spacious Guest Suite Close to Town

Our second floor guest suite is on a quiet street, within walking distance to the center of town and a quick drive to ocean and bay beaches. Featuring an open floor plan and high ceilings, the suite includes a living/dining room, kitchenette, reading nook, private bath, and spacious bedroom. Guests have their own outside entrance and tiny deck. Our family of four (+dog & cat) live downstairs. We are happy to provide tips and recommendations, or let you enjoy your privacy.

Cape Cod Heaven

Private one bedroom with full bath and balcony overlooking garden and a peek at the bay. Great location less than a mile from beautiful First Encounter Beach, a wonderful bay beach, and five minute walk to freshwater pond with sandy beach. Ocean beaches and bike trail close by. Bring your bikes or kayaks, or rent them, and enjoy all the Cape has to offer. Great for singles, couples, small families. Has a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. There is not a kitchen.

Newly remodeled cottage with path to beach

Enjoy the brand new kitchen and furniture in this newly remodeled cottage, The Sandpiper. The property is conveniently located next to Spruce Hill Conservation area allowing you direct access to trails that lead to Spruce Hill Beach (.3 miles). Bike directly to Cape Cod Rail Trail (.3 miles) or Nickerson State Park (less than 1 mile). Have your fish and chips or lobster rolls across the street at Cobies, or enjoy our local coffee shops and fine dining.

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

Classic Cape Cod Cottage

No cleaning fee! 15 min walk to the best bayside beach, Thumpertown Beach. The cottage is in a very peaceful wooded setting. A beautiful, charming 2 bedroom cottage 15 min walk to Thumpertown Beach. It's situated on a triple sized lot, close to the outer Cape's favorite attractions. Eastham is known as the Gateway to the Cape Cod National Seashore. Please note, from June 13 to September 6 we have a 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

National Seashore Escape

There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.

Nauset Nook

Relax and kick your feet up. Enjoy nature from your own deck (abutting wooded conservation land). Spacious and centrally-located. Only 2.5 mi. to Nauset Beach (ocean) and 3 mi. to Skaket Beach (bay). Five minute walk to town to enjoy great restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, boutiques, access to Rail Trail (bike path), farmers market, Firebirds baseball games, galleries and more. Also, boat rentals/charters and golf nearby!
