The property includes a spacious kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds that can also be used as a living room, and a terrace equipped with a table and loungers: perfect for relaxing with a stunning sea view! Spacious wardrobe closet in each room, fiber optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a large private parking area and a private shortcut that connects directly to the town (just a 5/10 minute walk away).

Cucina attrezzata con 4 piastre elettriche, forno elettrico e microonde, lavastoviglie, wi-fi. Il mare dista 300m con spiaggia privata.
