Even with its fast access to Redwood Road, I-15, and Bangerter highway, it feels like you are in the country. Our newly-remodeled basement apartment comes stocked with every modern amenity, is quiet and comfortable--with both a private entrance and private parking. We pride ourselves on a clean, welcoming atmosphere, comfy beds & furniture, and attention to the well-being of our guests

No Cleaning Fee * The Charm House * Cozy Studio

No cleaning fee! Central to Salt Lake and Provo/skiing. SMALL STUDIO (cute but very SMALL bathroom) Best for travelers/professionals. Because of size it is NOT well suited for locals, honeymooners or staying “in” all day. If extra cleaning is needed a fee may be assigned. NO shoes inside. Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

The Tiny Chestnut

The Tiny Chestnut is located in the middle of Salt Lake valley in a quiet neighborhood. It sits beneath the chestnut tree in the backyard behind the main house. As a brand new build, the house is clean, modern, and fully furnished to help your stay be more comfortable. Canyon Vista Studio - Hot Tub, Gym, Ground Level

This ground floor studio apartment comes with access to a large Gym, Pool, Hot Tub, Clubhouse w/ a Pool Table and Shuffle Board, BBQ Grills, Firepits, and Pickle Ball Courts. Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.
