Our house is Architect designed with wonderful views over the valley towards Glen Affric and the mountains. We are 4 miles from the very busy town of Drumnadrochit so if you like peace and quiet this is the place to be. The house is situated un 2.5 acres of woodland with a small lochum. We have 14 hens, 8 ducks and 1 cat. The garden is full of wild life and birds, we have red squirrel, foxes and pinemartins. Please note we have no cooking or dining facilities, and no takeaways in room.

Bank House, Invergarry

Our home is situated in the beautiful village of Invergarry in the Scottish Highlands. Invergarry is on the A87, the road that leads to the Isle of Skye. We offer a self contained private ensuite bedroom with its own entrance to outside, our guests are provided with keys to both doors. Our room can be setup as either a superking bed or as two singles. Your room is equipped with a small fridge in which you will find a delicious continental breakfast and other treats. A warm welcome awaits you.

Just a five minute walk from the city centre, River Ness and Inverness Castle. A self-contained modern room in a family home situated in a large garden with ample off street parking. The room has a kingsize bed and a private bathroom on the first floor. The bedroom is lockable and has a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and sink; and WiFi is available. A light breakfast is included in the room. If you have any food intolerances please get in touch and we will try to accommodate them.

A wee double room at the front of the house, facing south over the garden toward the hills. Part of a family home in the Cairngorms - warm, straightforward and completely at home in the glen. Double bed, blackout curtains, 43" TV with Netflix and BBC iPlayer, superfast WiFi. The room shares a modern shower-room across the hall with one other room - bath sheets and toiletries provided. Light continental breakfast included every morning. Guest kitchen and sun-room for all B&B guests.

We are situated in a quiet location only 2 minutes walk from the town centre and within minutes of the many distilleries which Speyside is world renowned. You are most welcome to enjoy our large garden with a range of seating areas and a fire pit too. Our friendly Border Collie puppy Riach will be thrilled if you want to play with him...

The Glen Bed and Breakfast is a small family business located in the heart of the pretty village of Drumnadrochit within easy walking distance of local tourist attractions, restaurants/cafes and Loch Ness. We welcome visitors keen to explore the Highlands and enjoy our wonderful scenery and rich heritage.

Tamarue is a friendly B&B situated in the heart of the Highlands. Located in a quiet residential area close to the city centre of Inverness. Tamerue boasts local attractions, such as Eden Court Theatre, Inverness Cathedral, Torvean Golf Course, the Ness Islands and the Aquadome and Sports Centre - all within walking distance. We are twenty minutes walk form town centre. We also have a twin ensuite on our site.

House has period (bit old school!!) characteristics - high ceilings, large bedrooms, large farmhouse style kitchen with a 25 year old large wooden table that has seen a lot of meals, entertainment, debate, board games, music and laughter!! Please note that this room is not en suite - it is a shared bathroom facility. We have a short term let licence in line with Scottish government policy, expiry 2026.

Burnside of Enzie Steading - Upstairs King Room

Stay in a unique Steading (barn) conversion in beautiful rural Speyside. Guests have sole use of the upstairs space in our home comprising - King size bed. Private bathroom with bath and separate shower. Landing area with workspace, microwave, mini fridge with milk, kettle with tea and coffee. Cups, plates, cutlery etc provided . The Boathouse Guest House

The Boat House Guesthouse is a beautiful large white detached house on the main street in the centre of the lovely Village of Boat of Garten. We are a family run guesthouse near Aviemore and situated within the Cairngorm National Park. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE A GUEST HOUSE AND AS SUCH OTHER GUESTS MAY BE STAYING IN OTHER ROOMS.
