New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

This unique space is the perfect retreat for two in a village location with Georgian Bath six miles in one direction and vibrant Bristol six miles in the other. Originally, a working storage barn which has recently undergone sympathetic restoration to create a high class holiday home, while retaining original features. There is an open plan downstairs room with doors to the outside and an upstairs en-suite bedroom.
