Important: the cottage is located next to our home on 5 acres, if you are looking for seclusion, keep looking. We are a large work at home family. You will see and hear us.

This 1940s barn has been lovingly converted into a comfortable living space with modern features and amenities, making it the perfect retreat for a romantic getaway or a peaceful escape from the city. Inside, the bones of the barn are present. From beams and rafters on the main level to the tall, gable barn ceiling. Just imagine all the different ways the barn had been used over time.

20 Acre Farm- Goats, Games & Movie Theater Access

Escape the crowds and unwind on a secluded 20-acre Wisconsin farm surrounded by whispering pines. Enjoy starlit nights by the firepit, mornings with farm-fresh eggs, and friendly goats who love going on walks. This home is set in one of Ripons Historic Districts three blocks from a vibrant downtown full of retail shops and great places to eat and relax. Across the street from us is the Gothic mill pond water fall dam with Horner park abutting the property. We are only 6 miles from Green Lake which offers plenty of boating and golfing. Off street driveway parking is a plus with this property for boats on trailers. Our home offers two bedrooms on the main floor with 2 double size beds upstairs.

Don’t worry though, the units are completely separated so you’ll have all the privacy you desire during your stay.
