Only 15 min walk to the busy town center and beautiful beaches. It’s a private first floor apartment perfect for couples or small families. One bedroom with a double bed, and a lounge with 2 individual sofa beds. The kitchen is open air so you can cook whilst admiring the amazing views and also a beautiful relaxing terrace to have dinner and chill.

The Palm Tree House at Casitas Patz was designed to live in connection with nature from comfort and beauty. It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals. On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.

Casa a dos cuadras de la playa, en zona restaurantera. Todos los servicios, tiendas cercanas, a unas cuadras del Centro de Guayabitos. A 30 minutos en auto de playas como San Pancho, Lo de Marcos, Sayulita y a 40 minutos de Puerto Vallarta. Cuenta con tres recámaras con A/C, un baño completo, un medio baño. Alberca con regadera. Cocina, cochera para 2 autos, enfriador de agua, refrigerador, horno de microondas, plancha para ropa. No se permiten fiestas ni visitas en n la casa.

Lugares de interés: la playa. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas y aventureros. Estamos en una zona muy tranquila en el pueblito de Higuera Blanca. La casita es rústica pero muy acogedora. La playa de Litibú esta muy cerca, puedes llegar caminando, es una playa espectacular. Hay muchas otras actividades que te podemos sugerir como andar a caballo, surfear, viajes en cuadrimotos, etc. Estamos a 15 min. de Sayulita y a 10 min. de Punta de Mita.
