There is an association dock area which will require a waiver for a dock on the lake with kayaks. The home is a 1280 sq/ft mobile home that has three bedrooms, two full baths, an open concept kitchen, rural WiFi, living room, private backyard with a fire pit, laundry and a relaxing patio with beach access to the lake across the road. Sip a cup a coffee from the oversized porch each morning, go for a kayak or canoe ride, or just relax in this home away from home. Hope you enjoy your stay!

Beautiful Lakefront property on the Lake of Egypt in the Shawnee National Forest. Property is pet friendly and inlcludes a fenced in yard to the water. Property includes boat dock, deck, lower and upper patio with seating, outdoor charcoal grill with many other amenties. Our home inlcudes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens and 2 living room areas. Guests will have access to the neighborhood boat ramp, located directly beside Lemonade Paradise. Sit outside by the fire under a pergola.

This lakefront home is centrally located in Southern Illinois on Lake Centralia. This home has approx. 2300sqft with 3 bedrooms 2 full baths, great room w/ tongue & groove cathedral ceilings providing beautiful lake views. The spacious kitchen has a large island w/ solid surface countertops & bar area. Tucked away in cove is the private beach area with dock perfect for fishing or rafting. You will love the relaxing feel of lake living! We have internet TV options but no DISH or Direct TV.

A one level home with a step in shower and newly added ramp for easier entry. We do also offer fishing from our gazebo on our large pond. The home includes utensils you may need to make a meal.

Enjoy dinner on the large deck and watch all the fun on the water. The boat dock will have an empty slip for you to slide your boat right in. Right off the dock is a great place for swimming or just sunbath on the huge Lilly pad.
