It has all you need: living room, kitchen (for light cooking since the fan is not connected to outside), bedroom (one queen bed), office (desk and one tween sofa bed) ... Free parking's under the carport in backyard. We allow 3 guests, the 3rd guest will pay extra $25 per night. Sorry, we do not accept children under 12. No pets allowed, there are exterior cameras on the property.
