Dryden Cottage, Whitby Harbour - Beach side

This cottage is all about the view! Beach-side location at the base of the 199 steps - perfect for exploring the beautiful historic town of Whitby. Browse in the eclectic independent shops and sample the finest seafood in the local eateries. Walk up to the abbey, stroll along the piers and collect fossils from the beach, take a ride on the steam train to the neighbouring villages and explore the moors. Please note due to the beach side location of the cottage, there is unfortunately no parking.

Swallows Nest, Harwood Dale

The cottage is in a rural setting on a working farm near Scarborough. It is a bungalow with two internal steps, one leading from the lounge to the dining area and a second leading to the bedrooms and it is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids). We also allow a well behaved dog at the property. There are two bedrooms, a double with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom. The property is self catering. Travel Cot,Outside dog kennel facility is available.

This unique, historic character cottage has been designed to maximise the stunning views over the bay. The beautiful ground floor bedroom has doors leading to the sunny courtyard. Off the bedroom is a en-suite. The 1st floor living area, is a spacious relaxing space with a well equipped kitchen. Free parking for 1 car. EV charging available. 45p pkw Guests must be 25+ There are multiple floors levels and various steps inside, the property isn’t suitable for guests with mobility issues.

The Chapter House

The Chapter House is a spacious and quirky Grade II listed cottage nestled in the heart of Whitby. This central location is ideal for families and friends to use as a base to explore all that Whitby has to offer. The house started life in 1891 as a church Vestry and retains much of its original character. Please note, the church which it was part of is now a cafe and music venue. Beyond the Gothic stained glass windows, the Chapter house has all the modern amentities of a holiday hideaway

Take the scenic drive to dog-friendly beaches for refreshing winter walks in the salty air. Harwood Cottage is a very cosy self-catering holiday cottage in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park set in 150 acres of a private estate. It is central to all the local costal towns like Whitby and Scarborough. It is perfect for couples as it is very private and secluded location yet just a 10-15 minute drive to the local towns. The Cottage has all the facilities you need to have a comfortable stay. Including a fully equipped kitchen, Free Wi-fi, Washer/Dryer and a Smart TV.

Hilda Cottage, bottom of Robin Hoods Bay!

Hilda Cottage is a 17th Century dwelling. The front door enters to the living area, downstairs is the equipped kitchen with large table. Upstairs is a double bedroom (WC ensuite) with sea views, and main bathroom, up the final flight of stairs is the loft bedroom (double bed & single bed) and sea views! The stairs are narrow & steep, see photos. If you're after old and quaint, Hilda is your girl, if you're after brand new, she probably isn't 💗 Parking permit for nearby car park.

Chapel Cottage - Fylingthorpe - Robin Hoods Bay

Chapel Cottage is a charming, pet friendly, 18th century cottage. It sleeps 4. A short and easy walk from Robin Hood’s Bay, convenient for anywhere locally. Difficult to believe that Chapel Cottage was part of the former Methodist Chapel in the village (at least until 1900). John Wesley was reputed to have preached here in the 1790’s. A strenuous 54 paces to the village Pub and shop (depending on your leg length), its still only less than 10 minutes to the top of Robin Hood’s Bay, bank.

Runswick Bay - Top Gallant - with great sea views

Top Gallant and is down in the Bay. We have a great veranda with amazing views. WiFi and a Smart TV which includes Netflix. Bedding and towels provided. We provide a free parking pass for the (“Homeowners car park). 3 nights minimum booking. No Pets. The property is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems due to steps and a spiral staircase. Check in 3pm. Check out 11.00 am. I charge no cleaning fee but please leave tidy.

Hazel Cottage nestled twixt coast and Moorland

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids). You can see a multitude of stars in the unpolluted, dark night sky, mingle with the huge variation of wildlife or just meander up to our free range hens and collect fresh eggs for your breakfast. There is nowhere more relaxing. NOTE. During summer holidays it is a minimum of 3 nights. Please Note: NO groups of males allowed due to past problems.
