Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

Set in the peaceful country village of Burton Joyce, in the stunning Trent valley, 20 Mins from vibrant Nottingham. A lovely studio apartment with ample off road parking, WiFi, Smart TV, central heating, kitchen area (kettle, toaster, fridge, combined microwave/oven, cutlery, plates). A FREE Welcome basket with biscuits, tea coffee, milk, cereals and other treats await all our guests in the apartment. Guests have their own key so you can come and go as you please with no disturbance to anyone.

Self contained ground floor annexe in large house close to the City of Nottingham and beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Sleeps 2/3. Master bedroom (double) with en-suite wet room, single bedroom, separate shower room/wc, fully equipped kitchen/living room. Under floor heating, wi-fi, Cable TV with Movie & Sports channels. On-street parking only but directly outside the property. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, and for the protection of guests, we currently leave a minimum of 24 hours between bookings.

Bottom Cottage Studio Room

Our Bottom cottage studio room is in a converted barn next to the main farmhouse, in the centre of Cotgrave village, 10 minutes from Nottingham. It is a ground floor room. It has a kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Ensuite shower/toilet. Hypnos double bed and single bed. Wardrobe with ironing board and iron. A child's camp bed can be added at £20.00 per night. Breakfast is available on request at £12.50 per person. Dog friendly. £5 per night. Please include this at the time of booking.

We have a furnished studio(annexe)with separate entrance of the house in garden area near City Centre,Railway station,Bus Station and Football and Cricket Grounds.Ideal location for staying in Nottingham.Buses and Trams are available to go anywhere in Nottingham.There are big food chains McDonalds,Pizza Hut and other restaurants near the house in Castle Marina Retail park., House is located in NG2 area that is almost near the centre of Nottingham.Studio is furnished with facilities. Spacious 2-Bedroom Duplex Flat in Quiet Village

Welcome to my peaceful two-bedroom duplex flat in a quiet village. The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area, perfect for relaxing, plus a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. There is also a newly refurbished bathroom. While some of my belongings remain as I stay between rentals, they’ll be kept out of the way, leaving plenty of space for you.

Beautifully situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, Rosehip cottage sits amongst other period homes with a village outlook. It is only a three minute walk to the centre of Bingham with all kinds of shops, market, and public transport plus the added bonus of a brand new gym/swimming pool 15 minutes walk. Parking outside the house, is available and free although popular.
