Located in Aspen Grove (5 mins drive from town) our home has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs the master bedroom and ensuite occupy a private space with breathtaking views. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bath. The kitchen, dining and living areas are designed to maximise the views with french doors opening to the private courtyard.

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.

Our suites contain upscale rustic interiors, wood burners, full kitchens, and floor to ceiling windows to enjoy uninterrupted panoramic views from every room. Whether it be a mountain adventure or a romantic getaway, our suites are the perfect spot for treasured memories.

Perkin’s Lake View Apartment

Private unit, (attached to a main house) one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, hot tub, and outside sitting area over looking the marina and The Remarkables. Cafe's, brewery, wine bars 2 minute walk. Please note it's a shared drive way, and the spa is on the drive way we absolutely respect every guests privacy. we will be sharing the driveway to enter the property, but two separate entrances. Please note two guests only as it is small and cosy.

Sit back, relax and admire the view at this peaceful and centrally located home. Super easy access to both Remarkable and Coronet Peak ski-fields This retreat is attached to the main house but is private with no access to the main house.
