Welcome to our modern Guesthouse located in picturesque Shotover Country, Queenstown. With stunning views of the Remarkables, you'll be able to soak in the breathtaking scenery from the comfort of your own private retreat. The space is perfect for couples or families with kids, with one cozy bedroom featuring a comfortable Queen bed and the lounge has a pull-out couch for the little ones. You'll find everything you need in our fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals and snacks during your stay.

Queenstown Hill Studio with views

The studio has free car parking, walking distance to town 8-10 mins downhill, but steep on the return journey, but well worth it for the views you get from the Studio which our guests love. Close to public transport. Great views of the lake and mountains. Comfortable, warm studio suitable for one or two guest with a King Size Bed. Heat Pump/Air Conditioner. TV, Microwave, Fridge, Kettle, Toaster, Washing machine, Iron/Ironing board. All linen supplied. Not suitable for children sorry.

Cosy 2-bedroom apartment with spectacular lake & Remarkables views. Between Frankton & Queenstown; 5 min to shops, 10 min to town. Lake-view deck with BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Free Wi-Fi, parking, A/C & heated towel rail ensure year-round comfort. Sleeps 4 (premium bedding) + sofa bed for a 5th; cot & high chair on request. Spotlessly clean & welcoming—perfect after a day of adventure or skiing. King bed can convert to 2 singles with 48h notice; sofa bed linen on request.

Barley Mow - Luxury Escape In The Mountains

Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.

An easy 10 mins drive from Queenstown Airport and Frankton / Five Mile shopping areas where you will find multiple supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. The Remarkables and Coronet Peak Ski Fields are also both close by. Being so close to the Shotover River and The Queenstown Bike Trail, you can also bike to the Gibbston Valley wineries, Queenstown, or Arrowtown easily.

Shoreline Cottage

Our lakeside studio unit gives spectacular views of the majestic Remarkable mountains and uninterrupted lake views, and is just a few minutes from the Queenstown International Airport. The Studio Unit doesn't offer cooking facilities, however we are sure that the close proximity to local Cafes, Restaurants, a Boutique Brewery and Takeaways which are all within walking distance, will be to your liking. It is only a short drive to world-class Restaurants, Golf Courses, and Wineries.

Riverstone Cottage, Dalefield, Queenstown

A new cottage in beautiful Dalefield at the base of Coronet Peak, only 2k from the ski field. Riverstone Cottage is set within its own 6.5 acres with stunning views in every direction. Enjoy access via a private footpath to the Shotover River, QT Trail and 165 acres of adjoining DOC land with its own network of hiking and mountain biking trails. You will be surrounded by nature, yet only a 15 minute drive to both Queenstown and historical Arrowtown. Have it all! :)

It's clad with Canadian Cedar on the outside and lined with Scandinavian Spruce inside giving a lovely natural ambiance. Located in a quiet and peaceful part of sunny Kelvin Heights it's beside the lake and the Queenstown Trail.

Completely private separate dwelling to the owner's house on the property.
