We are located 5 min drive from the airport, a short walk to Kye Bay beach & 45 min drive to Mt Washington.

Welcome Woods Tiny Home & Sauna

A 2-minute walk to one of the coast’s best beaches, this cozy, dog-friendly tiny home is a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. Two open loft bedrooms with queen beds- perfect for couples, small families, or close friends. Unwind in the quiet forest, enjoy slow mornings and after a day of exploring, relax and recharge in the newly built sauna -your own private spa experience. Rustic creekfront A-Frame cabin w/loft & deck

Nestled on the edge of the creek on our 10-acre farm is our quaint little 275sqft A-frame cabin. Watch the moon travel across the window from the queen size pillow top bed in the loft. On the main floor there is a pull-out couch for an added guest, a table for meals/games, a tiny kitchen with cold water only & a composting toilet. Outside is a lovely little patio and firebowl right on the creek bank. Watch the birds, deer and fish. We have cows, geese, bees and chickens you are welcome to meet.

Cozy oceanfront cabin the "Wright Spot"

Launch your kayak or paddle board steps from your door and explore some of the most beautiful waterfront in the world. Hiking and mountain biking trails are minutes away or just unwind and take in the incredible sunsets. Keep an eye out for local wildlife—orcas, humpback whales, otters, seals, sea lions, and eagles are often spotted right out front. Our small, cozy cabin is full of retro, funky details and has a small kitchen area. Grocery store and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away.

The Carriage Barn House - 3 min to beach

Bright & modern 1-bedroom Carriage House with open concept living space, skylights, full kitchen & private outdoor space. This completely separate guesthouse is located on our ½ acre property in the quiet "Welcome Woods" neighborhood, across the street from small local store with coffee/deli/grocery/beer. Creek side cottage

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. This is a great kickoff spot for those looking to explore central, west, and north Vancouver Island. We are a few minutes walk to Sunny Beach Road, a favourite beach spot amongst locals. A cafe, pub, ice cream shop, and many nature trails are all just a short walk away. The cottage is equipped with a queen size bed. A fold out cot is available for a 3rd guest.

*HOT TUB* This bnb is located on the back corner of our 2.5 acre property and has a bird's eye view of our chicken coop (don't worry, no crowing roosters, only hens). Our property is located only a quick 5 minute walk to Frolander Bay Beach and a 10 minute drive to the Saltery Bay Ferry Terminal. This bnb is made up of 3 cottages - main, bathroom and flex room. Welcome to Bellwood, your retreat in the forest within a short walk to the beach. You’ll enjoy the wrap around windows in this modern Danish meets West Coast guest house. Our home is just across the courtyard and we are available for whatever you wish, while respecting your ultimate privacy. The guest house is suitable for couples and solo adventurers. Now available April, May and June. Reduced rate in April! Totally renovated cabin, rustic on the outside, all new interior. High tide comes right up to the deck. Whale watching and great sunsets from the deck. Sunshine Coast Trail access points 5 minutes away. Copeland Island Marine Park, a 20 minute paddle. due to cabin location, Adults Only! Not suitable for people with mobility issues.

The Garden Suite

It has a very comfortable Queen size bed and feather down duvet, heating, outdoor hot water shower & sink, an outhouse toilet, barbecue, two burner propane stovetop, refrigerator, wifi, and Bluetooth speaker.

This beautiful brand new waterfront guest cottage boasts stunning high bank views of the Malaspina Strait. This is the perfect spot for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Enjoy spectacular sunrises from the covered patio and definitely bring your camera as this is the playground for marine life.
