Rivercation is a fantastic three bedroom, two bath riverfront condo at Sportsman’s Lodge, on the second floor with an elevator and exclusive use of one boat slip (up to 26’ boat) and two parking spaces with a community pool, gas grills and a fire pit. This property is great for family vacations, getaways for girls or guys, and anyone escaping a harsh winter up north. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware and flatware, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and blender.

Melrose Bay on Lake Santa Fe This apartment is newly remodeled. It features new cabinets, new appliances, a private porch and lovely furnishings, WIFI and cable. Downtown Melrose is in walking distance with three restaurants (one is the famous Blue Water Bay), public library, post office, grocery store, dollar store and Ace. Bring your boat and launch at the nearby boat ramp. Lake Santa Fe is a recreational lake with clean spring fed water for swimming, boating, skiing and fishing.

This lovely stay at Elegant Ranch comprised of 40 acres of land. This newly finished space is very clean and has 1 single bedroom apartment in the upstairs with 1 kitchens and 1 full bath. Guests can also combine the adducent single bed as one big apartment to fit up to 8 guests. This place also offers four more outdoor showers to accommodate more guests. The lake on the property is not for swimming. We do not recommend walking barefoot while on the premises.

Some updating has been done. The apartment is surrounded by large oak trees and a new deck. A side walk leading to a white sand beach for swimming, sunning, kayaking, paddle boating. Nice outdoor area with a fire pit for a night of smores and fun times.
