It has 3 queen size beds, and 2 sofas. Equipped with a eat in kitchen and two bathrooms, with washer and dryer. If cleaning is done you may check in early, just let me know if you want to check in early.

Swim, fish, bike, kayak, there is plenty to do in this area. Or just decide to stay in and play a board game (provided) or a yard game like yardzee, ladder golf or corn hole (also provided). Clean and comfortable 1-bedroom 2nd floor condo located in Green Cove Resort. The kitchen includes all the basics for cooking. The bedroom has 2 full XL size beds and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There is an air-conditioner in the bedroom as well as the living room. All linens, pillows and towels are provided. There is a washer/dryer available for your use. Wi fi is accessible throughout the condo and there is a new 40" smart TV with cable.

Quiet lake retreat

Stay at our ground level one bedroom condo. We can accommodate 4-5 people with a queen sized bed in the bedroom and 1 queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The screened in porch will offer water views and plenty of wildlife sightings. The resort features a pool, tennis & racquetball courts, and fish cleaning stations.
