We're located in a family-friendly neighborhood, less than 1 mile from downtown, and less than 2 miles from WSU football stadium! This sweet guest studio with private bathroom has a queen size bed, mini-fridge and microwave. Guests can also use patio and gas grill. Use of washing machine and dryer can be coordinated. My husband, kids and I live in the main house. You are welcome to contact us if anything is needed, otherwise we will give you privacy during your stay in our guest studio.

I need to say, if you are looking to have a party, please book elsewhere. This is a quite place for quite people. 1 bedroom apartment, separate outside entrance. Lovely space at the top of the hill, nice view, great natural light. Built in 1966, with original 60's vintage charm. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, new appliances, dining table for 4 and one bathroom, with a brand new shower stall. Designated parking. The living room has a sofa bed.
