Our 2 story home has 4 bedrooms with comfy beds. On the 2nd floor you can find the master with a full private bathroom, two additional rooms share a second full bathroom. The 1st floor has the 4th bedroom doubling as an office/TV room with a full bathroom. We have a private pool available at all hours and 2 additional large pools facing the golf course. We are within the exclusive El Tigre/Paradise Village golf course and central to all Vallarta main points of interest in Jalisco and Nayarit.

Excellent central location (near Plaza Caracol, Costco, La Comer, Walmart). Located just one block away from public transportation and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. It's only a 10 min ride to El Malecon (downtown). In the neighborhood you can walk to delicious local restaurants, cafes, shops, karaoke, and gyms.
