Quiet neighborhood located in Pueblo West. Sits real close to our house. This is a very small, but newly renovated tiny house! 12' x 16' one room, queen bed, nice size shower and toilet with barn door for privacy in bathroom. Sit-up bar with two stools, smart TV with electric fireplace in the corner gives it a touch of romance! Loveseat with ottoman. Small loft that kids could sleep in for short stays. Small coffee pot, under counter fridge, and nice size mirror over farm sink.

We have the cowboy room, the railroad room, and the Master Suite with its tasteful decor featuring southwest art from local artists. The kitchen is fully stocked and you can park in the 2-car garage. Plus we have added a large hot tub to the back patio and a privacy fence.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Centrally located, close to shopping, restaurants, hospitals, the Pueblo Riverwalk, CSU Pueblo and the Pueblo Reservoir! Private park like yard with Beautiful patio/deck with gas BBQ grill, outdoor dining and hot tub! This private space is located in the lower level of our home. All adult guests must provide a valid government ID to verify age & address. We do not rent to local residents.
