Designed and built by a furniture-maker, “The Porch House” is the larger of two side-by-side dwellings in a two family arts and crafts style house. Tucked away on a private drive and set back away from Bradford St. You'll still only be 1-1/2 blocks from the bay, a 5 min. walk to the gallery district/ 10 min. walk to town center. Up to 4 guests. Pet fee $20/n/pet. Must sign pet agreement. Bookings 2026: MAY - 3n/min. JUNE thru SEPT - 7n/min and only SAT-SAT rentals. OCT. 03 -17 th - 3n/min.

It has deeded parking for 2 cars and a deck running along the front of the house. Inside you'll find 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, gas fireplace, central-air, in-unit washer/dryer, and tons of windows. Enjoy the best of both worlds: have your fun at the clubs, bars, and cabarets in town then return to a peaceful courtyard setting at night.

Welcome to The Red Shed - a super special, unique and luxurious West End getaway. Built in 1870, our home is completely up-to-date with a gourmet kitchen, spacious & deluxe 1.5 bathrooms, parking, and several outdoor spaces to enjoy! Views of the water from the primary bedroom & roof deck make for amazing sunsets. Located towards the West End, we are a five-minute walk to the Boat Slip, & a just a few steps from Liz's Cafe. We actively live here when not renting. It’s a true gem!

Cape Cod Getaway 2 Bedroom Cozy Home

Newly updated in March 2023 with new white interior paint, new black doorknobs and cabinet pulls and new blinds throughout the home. Fresh paint, updated hardware, some new small appliances and added new art but same Cape cottage charm! NOTE: Weekly rentals mid-June through mid-September- Linens and towels can be provided in a basket or you are welcome to bring yours from home- just let us know.
