Situata a 100 metri dal mare, in cima ad una breve salita di cinquanta gradini che ne assicura la tranquillità, è un'antica casa di pescatori eretta nell'ottocento e recentemente ristrutturata. A pochi passi si può approfittare delle gelaterie, ristoranti così come delle spiagge e del lungomare di Barcola. Fermata dei bus sotto casa con la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente lungo il viale Miramare.

L'appartamento si trova in centro città, vicino alla zona della "movida triestina", vicino a musei, ristoranti, bar e monumenti, vicinissimo alla Clinica Salus e all'Università Vecchia.
